Super Bowl XLVI Celebration Begins Jan. 27

The Super Bowl's first Social Media Command Center is up and running in downtown Indianapolis at Raidious headquarters, under the direction of Raidious CEO Taulbee Jackson. Social media enthusiasts, technology experts, and other volunteers will staff the 2,800 square foot state-of-the-art center daily through Feb. 5 to give parking directions to visitors, provide information about attractions and restaurants, answer questions or concerns, refer matters to authorities as appropriate, and be available to provide assistance in the event of an emergency.
It's part of the 2012 Indianapolis Super Bowl Host Committee's Social 46 initiative. If you have a question or comment about any aspect of the Super Bowl Village, the NFL Experience, or any other activity or event associated with Super Bowl XLVI, just add the #social46 hashtag to a tweet on Twitter or to a Facebook post. The volunteers and Raidious employees in the Social Media Command Center, or perhaps even one of the social media enthusiasts in the Social 46 group, will be monitoring the social media networks in real time and will respond to your post as quickly as possible. Participants were selected partially based upon their level of social influence as measured by Klout scores at http://klout.com/, indicating proficiency in engagement in the social media realm.
The center will be open from 10 AM to 7 PM, Jan. 23-29, plus 9 AM to midnight, Jan. 30 to Feb. 5. For more information about the Social 46 initiative, visit http://indianapolissuperbowl.com/, or call 317-631-2947.
