How to Submit Your Events

We invite you to submit events to be listed on AroundIndy.com, up to ONE YEAR in advance as long as you have a confirmed date for your event. All event listings are published FREE without any cost or obligation, subject to our acceptable use guidelines. Just send us the information.

Download our Event Submission Form and save it to your computer. Then any time you want to submit an event, simply complete the form on your computer, save it, then send it as an attachment to an e-mail (preferred), by fax, or by U.S. Mail:

Checklist of Things to Include

2. Description of Event
3. Day(s) of Week, Time(s) or Hours of Operation, and Date(s) of Event
4. Venue, location and/or address of event
5. Price for Tickets (if any), or is the event free?
6. Any deadlines (registration, advance ticket sales, etc.)
7. Contact Person, Phone Number, and E-mail address
8. Complete Web site address for more information
9. Any other details you want to provide

We welcome submissions for almost any event that is open to the public anywhere in the state of Indiana. We do NOT publish events outside the state of Indiana.
