How to Submit Your Events
NOTE: We can't guarantee that every event listing submitted will be published. We have a very heavy workload as more and more people discover our site. We are currently averaging over 2,500 e-mails per week (as of January 2010). If you wait until the last minute to submit your event listings, we may not get to them before your event passes. SUBMIT YOUR EVENTS AS FAR IN ADVANCE AS POSSIBLE. We'll do our best to get your last-minute event submissions listed; we just can't promise it. |

Download our Event Submission Form above in either Word or PDF format and save it to your computer. Then any time you want to submit an event, simply complete the form on your computer, save it, then send it as an attachment to an e-mail (preferred), by fax, or by U.S. Mail.
Sorry, no submissions by telephone calls. This is simply to ensure the accuracy of your listing.

Checklist of Things to Include
1. Name of Event
2. Description of Event
3. Day(s) of Week, Time(s) or Hours of Operation, and Date(s) of Event
4. Venue, location and/or address of event
5. Price for Tickets (if any), or is the event free?
6. Any deadlines (registration, advance ticket sales, etc.)
7. Contact Person, Phone Number, and E-mail address
8. Complete Web site address for more information
9. Any other details you want to provide
We welcome submissions for almost any event that is open to the public anywhere in the state of Indiana. We do NOT publish events outside the state of Indiana.
Acceptable Use Guidelines
1. No popup ads.
2. No Flash ads.
3. No audio or sound files may be attached to any advertising.
4. No nudity.
5. No profanity, not even mild profanity.
6. No tobacco ads.
7. No ads for alcoholic beverages of any kind.
8. No ads for drugs of any kind.
9. No illegal, immoral or unethical content (to be determined by AroundIndy.com at our sole discretion).
10. Political advertisements may not attack an opponent; positive ads for your candidacy are welcome regardless of political affiliation.
11. For the safety and security of our readers, we do not publish event listings that would require our readers to enter a private residence.
12. Other content decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis to be determined by AroundIndy.com at our sole discretion. General rule of thumb: Keep it clean or keep it to yourself.
